What's your hourly rate?
We have stopped billing hourly and now offer flat rates on all services. The only exception would be for large projects where the scope of work is unknown; in that case, we may request a deposit to cover a certain amount of hours to get started.
What's the onboarding process like?
New clients are sent a 1-page bookkeeping agreement to sign and a client information spreadsheet to fill out so we have all the best and current information for your business.
When I sign the agreement am I locked in for a period of time?
We operate with no receivables, so you pay for the current month or quarter of service. All you need to do is give us a 30 day notice of cancellation so we can finish up our work in the current month or quarter and turn off future payments. Easy peasy!
What if I only want one benefit of the premium plan?
Since all packages are custom tailored for our clients, just let us know what interests you and we can consider adding services onto a lower plan for you.
How do you get all my data?
An estimated 75% of our clients give us access to online banking and other websites so we can log in and grab information we need to get the job done. The other 25% send us information we request. Do what you feel comfortable with!
What's happens when I need help?
You’ll have direct contact with your bookkeeper, Kelly or Connie, via phone and email. We always try to get back to clients as soon as we can, but premium bookkeeping clients will have access to a dedicated work-only cell phone that is with someone 24/7.
