If your business is a bit too small to have an in-house bookkeeper (full time or part time employee) then you’re the perfect client for us!
How do I find my break-even point?
Your break-even point can be found by looking at a profit & loss report and seeing how much income you need to cover current expenses with no profit left over (net income = zero)
How can I prepare for tax season?
The best way to prepare for tax season is to have accurate reports ready to give to your CPA / tax accountant. Less time needed for them = cost savings for you! Bonus points if you keep a file of all important documents.
What records should I keep?
We recommend keeping all business and personal records for 7 years just in case of an audit. If your business is medical in nature, make it 10 years just to be safe.
Should I hire an external CFO?
If you want someone to help you make sense of the numbers and make better business decisions, yes! No matter what the size of your business is, an outsourced CFO is a great resource to aid with overseeing all financial matters.
